The minute hands measure 1 3/4" in total length and the hour hands measure 1 1/4". Made of solid brass and they do have some tarnish. You can drill your own custom holes. The 2 arrow hands measure 2 3/4" and the larger cut out diamond style hand measures 2 1/8". These can be painted and trimmed to your needs.
