The columns are made of dark wood which are flat on the backs. The bases are made of cast metal. They measure 5 3/4" in total height and the columns can be trimmed if you need a different height. They are original and have wear and oxidation. These can also be re painted to match your mantel clock. Includes the mounting nails. Super for art projects too.
