The longest hand measures 3 3/4" in total length and the shortest measures 2 3/8". The largest hand is made of cast steel, the 2 smallest hands are made of pressed solid brass which have heavy tarnish and the rest are made of steel. Some of the backs on the mid sized hands have surface rusting, no dents or pitting in the metal. These can be painted to your needs. Thanks for looking!
