As you can see, this poor clock needs a lot of TLC. The paper dial measures 4" wide with 9/16" black roman numerals. The back pan is dented and it is missing 1 winding key as well as the front glass,1 foot and the hands. The outer case is 5 cracks. The bottom the dial is stamped "Manufactured by Waterbury Clock Co. U.S.A." and "Patented Mar 19, 1889 and Mar 15, 1898". Not working, sold as is. Great for a repair job or for parts, steampunk art.
